By accessing, deploying, or using this platform, you and the organization you represent agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use or access the software. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the platform provider.
The platform is a comprehensive administrative dashboard and workspace management system. It provides tools for organizational management, team collaboration, permissions handling, and other business processes. The platform can be utilized as a managed service or deployed independently as a self-hosted solution.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, monitoring user activity within their organization, and ensuring that all users adhere to these terms. Customers must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes to their contact or billing details.
For self-hosted deployments, customers are entirely responsible for their own infrastructure, server security, database integrity, and routine backups. While we provide the software framework, we do not monitor or maintain the underlying hardware or operating systems of customer-managed environments.
Account access is granted exclusively to authorized personnel. Users must not share passwords or access tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
The platform features a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system. Administrators are strictly responsible for assigning, modifying, and auditing the roles and permissions granted to their team members. We are not responsible for any internal data exposure or unauthorized actions resulting from improper permission management.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing malware, engaging in phishing, scraping data, attempting to compromise system security, or violating the privacy rights of others. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your license and access.
The software, source code, designs, algorithms, and all related materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Raj Koladiya. Your use of the platform is governed by these terms and requires a valid license or explicit written permission from the owner.
Unless explicitly permitted by a valid commercial license, unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or modification of the software is strictly prohibited. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the proprietary components of the platform.
If your license permits white-label deployments, you may customize the branding, logos, and domain names for your internal organization or end-users. However, such customization does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, and the intellectual property restrictions remain fully in effect.
The platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., SMTP providers, Cloud storage, Google Calendar). We do not control these external services and are not responsible for their availability, security, or data practices. Your use of third-party integrations is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
You retain full ownership of all data, text, files, and materials that you upload or input into the platform. We claim no ownership over your proprietary business data. You grant us only the necessary permissions required to host, process, and display your data in order to provide the platform functionality.
We strive to ensure high availability of the software but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to deploy updates, patches, and feature enhancements at any time. For self-hosted customers, updates will be provided via official release channels, and applying these updates is your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Raj Koladiya, the developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software is error-free or completely secure.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raj Koladiya and associated developers from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform or revoke your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be inappropriate or harmful to the platform, other users, or our intellectual property rights.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the appropriate competent courts, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We may revise and update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the software following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
